Day1 - Introduction to facilitation feedback process led by Gillian Kehoul

To start the Gathering, Gillian Kehoul presented a workshop on the process for facilitating feedback that would be pursued over the weekend, including the ways in which the process has developed following the Magdalena Festival in Brisbane in 2003, and the principles that the women pursuing this process at the later Magdalena Talks Back sessions have identified.

Suggested facilitation approach developed through Magdalena Brisbane

This version is a slightly updated version that just attaches Sue and Anna's recommendations from the last meeting [rather than smoothly integrating into existing headings of notes]. Hope they're of some use and you'll feel free to adjust as you see fit and adapt to whatever suits your purpose. - Gillian Kehoul
